is an excellent DVD by Master RKC Andrea DuCane.
The video guides you through a full body kettlebell workout with
modifications for all skill levels and abilities.
Of course you can't follow along with the Kettlebell Boomer DVD unless
you have a Kettlebell.
We only recommend DragonDoor Brand Kettlebells because of their quality
